A number of years back, I worked with Knight Transportation—one of the nation’s top logistics companies—during a crucial push to improve driver recruitment. Despite their industry standing, they struggled to attract new talent in an increasingly competitive market.
I led a full website redesign to modernize their brand and make it more approachable. Using bold visuals, clean iconography, and confident typography, I gave the site a stronger visual presence. I also rewrote the copy to feel more conversational and driver-focused, while improving the user experience to make information easy to find and act on.
The results were immediate: driver applications increased, and the leadership team was thrilled. Elements of that work are still visible on their site today—a lasting impact of clear, strategic design.
